Orchestrator
Chief of Staff
Say what you want in ordinary language. It plans the work, delegates each part with the other agents, and brings one answer back. It can also add an agent when you ask.
Agent-as-a-Service · early access
For clinics, coaches, brokers, studios and home businesses. Tell a Chief of Staff the goal in plain words. It plans the work and hands it to a front desk, a follow-up agent and a quote tracker — on WhatsApp, SMS, email, Google Calendar and your website chat.
Approvals come first. A reply is a draft until you allow it. Early access is priced in rupees and invoiced. There is no card checkout in the product.
“Reply to today’s skin-clinic enquiries, draft the two follow-ups, and hold anything that sends.”
Split it into four tasks. Front desk takes the new WhatsApps. Follow-up drafts the nudges. The quote stays in Approvals.
WhatsApp · “Tue 11:30 or Wed 4:00?” Draft is ready. The visitor does not see it until you approve.
Site-visit reminder drafted for a broker lead. Daily cap still at zero sent.
Interior proposal: email opened, pricing link clicked. No message went out.
Meet your AI team
You are not buying a chatbot that only books a slot. You are hiring a small team that shares one memory of each contact, and stops before anything leaves the business.
Orchestrator
Say what you want in ordinary language. It plans the work, delegates each part with the other agents, and brings one answer back. It can also add an agent when you ask.
Inbox
Answers WhatsApp and the website chat from your profile and FAQs, asks what the person wants, and offers call times. The default is a draft. Full auto is not available. If it is unsure, it hands the chat to you and does not send.
Pipeline
Drafts the polite nudge for a lead or a quote, on the day you described. You approve the send. If you later set the step to auto, a daily cap and an allowed-recipient list still apply.
Revenue
Tracks a quote you have sent and the first real open, so the follow-up is timed. The draft waits for you. Link-preview bots are ignored.
Memory
Messages, notes, stage changes and bookings on one timeline, plus email opens, link clicks and page visits. Opted-out contacts are not tracked.
Routines
A sentence becomes a trigger and steps. Each step is ask, within limits, or auto. Anything that sends, posts or pays starts on ask, with a daily cap once you allow it.
Learning
About once a week it reads only your account — timeline, opens, clicks, workflow runs, approvals — and writes a few plain suggestions. Apply saves a draft, or a change that still needs a separate confirm. It does not send. An A/B test on an email step splits two subjects and bodies and counts opens and clicks. Copying the winner never sends, and it leaves your approval setting and caps alone.
Playbooks
Three built-in playbooks — agency intake, digital campaigns, email nurture — plus any playbook you export and install. The file has no contacts and no secrets. Install writes only after you confirm, and the workflows stay drafts until you turn them on.
Orchestrator, Desk and Factory boards show what each agent is doing, what is done, and what is waiting on you.
What you can hand off
Every example below is a draft, a timeline note, or a booking that is saved when the confirmation is sent. None of them send themselves on day one.
Qualify the enquiry, draft the follow-up, and see when a proposal was opened or a link was clicked. Price talks stay with you.
Timings, fees and “which slot?” on WhatsApp and on the site. A person steps in the moment the desk is unsure.
Draft the email, tag someone who opens or clicks, and run an A/B on the words. Posts stay drafts in this version.
A sentence for “when the stage changes, remind me”. Boards show the queue. Change slips wait for approval.
One inbox for WhatsApp, SMS and email, matched to the contact. STOP and the usual opt-out words end the sends.
Weekly suggestions in plain sentences. Your own AI key if you prefer. Hosted, or on a server you control.
Enquiries and appointments only. The desk can answer timings, fees and location from the FAQs you wrote, offer up to three open times, and hold the slot when that reply is actually sent.
The front desk answers “how does it work?” from your profile, and offers a discovery call. Follow-up drafts the note if they opened the proposal and went quiet.
A new WhatsApp can be asked for budget, area and configuration. The desk offers a site-visit time. Negotiation and token amounts stay with you.
Draft the quote follow-up, track the first open, and keep a change-slip for a mid-job extra. The customer’s OK is still required before that slip is treated as agreed.
Batch timings, fees and a demo-class slot, from the FAQs you saved. Parents messaging at 10:30pm get a draft answer, not silence until morning.
Menu, duration and “can I come Thursday?” on WhatsApp. After a visit, a one-question review ask can be drafted. It does not post anything by itself.
How it works
A goal to the Chief of Staff, or a sentence on the Workflows page. No flow-chart to draw first.
The Chief of Staff splits the job and asks the front desk, follow-up or quote agent to do their part.
Sends, posts and payments land in Approvals. Edit, reject, or allow. From the queue, including on your phone.
Weekly suggestions and email A/B tests. Applying a suggestion does not send. You still turn a workflow on.
Control and safety
The default is ask. Within limits and auto exist, and you turn them on after you have read the step. Daily caps stay on either way.
Front-desk replies, workflow sends and inbox replies start as drafts. Email to a customer goes out only from the Gmail that account connected. A payment step records the step. It never charges a card. There is no online payment in the app.
Each business is its own account. A bring-your-own AI key is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and the screen shows the last four characters. You can run hosted, or self-host so the data stays on your machine. AIdentify does not train models on your data.
The waitlist asks before we message you. Customer opt-out words stop further sends. Tracking skips opted-out contacts. Purpose stays narrow: run the inbox, the booking and the follow-up you approved. This is not a legal opinion and not a compliance badge. Clinics should check their own duties with an adviser.
Timings, fees, location, slots. Not diagnosis, medicines, reports or complaints. Those are handed to a person, and the desk does not answer them.
Integrations
Telegram and Slack have no per-message fee. WhatsApp QR is a beta for the owner only. Early access includes a person to set the Meta and SMS channels up with you.
Paste a BotFather token. Your messages go to the Chief of Staff. You can optionally let customers reach the front desk. Those replies wait for approval. There is no per-message fee from AIdentify.
A Slack app with a bot token and a signing secret. DMs and mentions from you go to the Chief. Customer messages reach the front desk only if you turn that on, and those replies wait for approval.
Unofficial, and off unless you turn it on. Only the linked owner’s own number can talk to the Chief. It never messages customers and it never broadcasts. WhatsApp can restrict the number. It needs a server that stays running. It does not run on Vercel.
Your own Meta Cloud API phone number id, token and app secret. Not Embedded Signup. Free-form replies only inside 24 hours of their last inbound message stored here. Outside that, name a template you already approved in Meta.
Twilio or MSG91. You bring the sender id and, for MSG91, a DLT template id you already have. We do not register DLT for you. Inbound is checked with your secret.
Mail to your contacts sends only from the mailbox that account connected. Calendar is optional. A booking is saved when the confirmation is sent, and written to Google Calendar when it is connected.
A snippet for your site. Drafts are hidden from the visitor. If a draft is waiting, the widget says the team will reply shortly.
WhatsApp, SMS and email sit on one Inbox page, matched to the CRM contact and written on the timeline. Credentials are stored encrypted. The page shows a hint, not the secret.
OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic or xAI. Or the hosted allowance, when that account has one. The key never falls back to ours in silence.
Compared with the usual options
WhatsApp platforms such as Wati, Interakt and AiSensy are built for broadcasts and chatbots, and they publish their own rupee plans. This is not a price shoot-out with them. It is the job each one covers.
Early access
Both plans are the same product. We confirm your monthly allowance with you before you start, because the app does not run a card checkout or a self-serve upgrade. WhatsApp and SMS provider charges are billed by Meta, Twilio or MSG91, not by AIdentify.

Questions
You describe the work in plain words and a ready-made team does the prep: answering, following up, drafting a quote, keeping the timeline. You are not assembling a blank agent builder. You still approve anything that sends, posts or pays.
Not on the default. Front-desk replies, workflow sends and messages you type all wait in Approvals until you approve them. You can later set a step to auto within limits or auto. The front desk cannot be set to full auto. Automatic sends keep a daily cap, and only that contact’s own address or number. A payment step never charges anyone.
Under 60 seconds is a target for preparing the first draft, including outside office hours, when a WhatsApp or website-chat message arrives. With the default setting the visitor does not see that draft until you approve it. It is not a measured average from customers, and it is not a promise that a scheduled follow-up fires in the same minute. On the hosted app, scheduled workflows are picked up on a routine tick that is often once a day.
Yes, through the WhatsApp Cloud API, with credentials you paste. We do that with you in early access. It is not Meta Embedded Signup. You also need your own templates for messages outside the 24-hour window. SMS is Twilio or MSG91, and DLT registration is yours. WhatsApp QR is a separate beta: unofficial, owner-only, off by default, and it needs a server that stays running. It does not message customers.
Yes. Paste a Telegram bot token from BotFather, or a Slack bot token and signing secret, on the Inbox page. Your own messages go to the Chief of Staff. You can optionally let customers reach the front desk. Those replies wait for approval, and the front desk cannot be set to full auto. There is no per-message fee from AIdentify.
Enquiries and appointments: timings, fees, location, and a choice of slots from the hours you set. It will not give medical advice. Symptoms, reports, prescriptions and complaints are handed to your staff and are not answered by the desk. This page is not legal advice about the DPDP Act.
Most businesses start hosted. If you need the data on your own machine, AIdentify can be self-hosted. Either way, customer email sends from the Gmail that account connected.
Starter is ₹2,999 a month. Growth is ₹5,999 a month. We invoice you. The product does not take a card payment. Joining the waitlist does not start a subscription.
Yes. Submit the form again with the same email or the same WhatsApp number and we update your row instead of adding another.
Early access
It takes under a minute. You can also open the live demo while you wait. The demo does not use this form.
